Shadows in the Glade

Pellenicky Glade. The jewel of the Eyrie Dynasty. A beacon in the Woodland.

A jewel even today: the Glade has gone untouched by the overthrow of the Dynasty and the chaos of the power struggles that followed. Mayor Goshawk had shrewdly maneuvered his neutrality into riches and an army, seeming poised to become a power in the Woodland.

And now, Mayor Goshawk is dead.

ROOTS is an RPG based on the board game ROOTS: A GAME OF WOODLAND MIGHT AND RIGHT, about conflict and power between factions of woodland animals. High roleplay & low combat. Be an adorable creature AND wrestle with postcolonial trauma!
